Skyshutter Ltd was founded in 2018 by Simon & Ellen Arnold. When the couple began building Skyshutter they were determined to create a company that offered drone services to businesses that didn't necessarily have the knowledge or expertise needed.
Simon has worked in aviation for over 25 years. He was a Flying Instructor for many years before joining the commercial airline industry. He is now a Captain for a legacy airline. Ellen has worked in various customer facing and management roles in the hotel industry. She also worked as airline cabin crew before starting a family. If you're wondeing if Simon & Ellen met on a plane....well, you'll have to ask them!
Skyhutter initally helped people get aerial images and video in front of their customers. Nowdays, the business has evolved and in addition, produces corporate and promotional videos. They also assist local and national companies with roof inspections where access is dangerous or difficult.
